Hotone A Station Acoustic Guitar PreampWe are reviewing the brand new Hotone A Station pedal. It is a powerful acoustic preamp with D.I. and microphone preamp in one solid pedal.
The pedal is very practicle for songwriters and performers who would like to travel light. It is a must have for venues where Performers are playing through the house and require a little more direct control over the sound. |

MP Audio Blue Brit Overdrive PedalThe Blue Brit is very dynamic overdrive pedal from MP Audio, with minimal compression. It will break up very nicely when you dig in to your picking. It provides some very nice British tones and plays very well with lower gain amplifiers in need of just a little extra push. You can get some very nice meaty tones from the Blue Brit and it won't overly colour your tones but with enhance them in a nice way.

2 Face Distortion/Fuzz Pedal from MP AudioThe MP Audio 2Face distortion pedal provides some juicy distortion with a hint of fuzz for that singing lead tone reminisent of the Page, Beck or Gibbons tone. It also has the flexibility to boost or scoop the mids to get the perfect balance between modern or vintage tones.

Providence Heat Blaster HBL-4 Distortion PedalThe Providence Heat Blaster HBL-4 distortion pedal offers harmonically rich tones, and is very responsive to your picking. The pedal offers tube-amp type sensitivity without overly compressing the sound. It is ideal for use with the clean channel of any amplifier and provides a more immediate attack on the strings when playing. The pedal seems well built and thoughtfully designed to withstand gigging and long term use.

Greenchild G777 Dual Drive/Boost Pedal Review And DemoThe Greenchild boost and drive pedal is designed for a wide range of nice tone shaping options. With lots of boost and headroom on tap it allows you to push any amp into that sweet spot. It's not voiced in any particular way and there is a lot of room EQ wise so it plays well with most any amp and guitar combination I tried with it.

Brown Sound In A Box (BSIAB) 2 DIY Pedal Kit Review Today we are looking at a great pedal kit from Generalguitargadgets.com it is a pedal that offers some really nice brown overdrive/distortion tones. At only $60 it is a steal. I am really having fun playing it. The clip lets you hear what it sounds like when played through a modded Fender Blues Jr III and a Strat.

BYOC E.S.V. Fuzz (Extra Special Vintage) Silicon NPN Version - Part 1I've decided to take one for the team. So I went out and purchased a pedal kit from http://buildyourownclone.com to see if I could actually put this thing together and get a decent sound out of it. This is the my first attempt at building my own pedal so I admit I am both excited and scared and maybe a little skeptical as well.
Hang in there and check out what the final result of all the hard work sounds like once its done! http://buildyourownclone.com |

Tone City Bad Horse Overdrive Pedal ReviewThis is a quick review of the Tone City Bad Horse overdrive pedal. I really dig the range of tones it offers. The sound clips in this video are recorded at 9-12 and 3 O'clock. It stays pretty clean up till 9 O'clock on the gain knob but can get pretty mean after 12 O' Clock.
I am pretty impressed with this pedal and I can't wait to review some others. If you need more info. You can visit Tone City here: http://www.tonecityaudio.com/ |

Joyo Analog Delay Pedal Sound Test and ReviewHere is a sound test of the Joyo Analog Delay pedal being played through an Mesa Boogie Electra Dyne 90 watt head and Marshall JCM800 4x12 cabinet. The guitar I am playing in this clip is a PRS SC245.
The reverb is from the amp and not a pedal. |

VFE Pale Horse Overdrive ReviewThis video will showcase some sound clips from the VFE Pale Horse overdrive pedal. I'm playing into a Fender Blues JR 15 watt amp with no other effects. I'm using a Telecaster for this one.
The VFE Pale horse is a very versatile unit which is perfect for those blues and rock tones! For more information on the VFE pedals you can visit www.VFEpedals.com. |

VFE Distortion 3 effect pedal review & sound clipsWe are taking the VFE distortion 3 for a spin to see how it handles. I am playing though a Telecaster and Les Paul to allow you to hear how it handles both single coil and humbucker pickups.
This unit does react quite differently when different guitars are used. For the sound clips I was using a 50 watt hand wired plexi from Rockitt Retro into a 4 12 Marshall cabinet loaded with Celestion G12-65's For more information in the VFE distortion 3 please visit: http://www.vfepedals.com |

Tone City Golden Plexi pedal reviewA review of the Tone City Golden Plexi mini pedal. I was playing a Squier Classic Vibe Telecaster into a Mesa Boogie Lonestar Classic into the Tone City Golden Plexi.
This little pedal surprised me quite a bit. I really liked the hot tone it delivered and I was not expecting the build quality to be this good. The unit is built very solid with good quality parts from what I can tell. The only down side is the fact that it doesn't take a battery like other mini pedals out there which may be a problem for some people. visit www.tonecityaudio.com for more information on these pedals. |

Donner Morpher Distortion PedalA sound review of the Donner Morpher Distortion pedal. Many people claim this pedal sounds like a Suhr Riot Sound clips were recorded using a Tokai Love Rock and a Mesa Boogie Lonestar Classic 212 combo.

Joyo Ultimate Drive sound test ~ OCD clone? Here is a sound text of the Joyo Ultimate Drive being played through a Marshall Plexi reissue 1987x and a JCM800 cabinet loaded with Celestion G12-65 speakers. I'm using a little reverb in this video and nothing else. The guitar being used here is a brand new 2012 Gibson Les Paul Standard.
Many people claim that the Joyo Ultimate Drive sounds very much like the OCD Fulltone. You can make up your own mind after hearing the demo. |
